The schedule below is for reference. A detailed program with session rooms and presentation order will be circulated closer to the conference date.
Registration & Sign-in
Participants sign in at the conference venue and collect conference materials at the registration counter. Registration remains open during the same hours on the following days.
Opening Ceremony
Hosted by the Conference Chair. All participants are expected to attend.
Keynote Speeches
Keynote speakers share their cutting-edge research. A group photo session takes place during the intermission.
Technical Sessions
Participant presentations are divided into sessions by topic. Presenters should arrive at the session room at least 5 minutes early to load their PPT/PDF onto the laptop. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes including Q&A; the session chair grades each talk.
Closing Ceremony & Banquet
Hosted by the Conference Chair and organizer. Best papers / presentations are announced and certificates awarded. Best presentation may also be selected and announced right after each session ends.

Morning poster and video presentation sessions.
Academic Visit
Afternoon academic visiting program in and around London.
