1) Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2) Submission Type: Abstract submission for presentation only without publication. Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.
3) Paper Length: Each full paper should be no less than 5 pages. When it exceeds 6 pages, extra pages will be charged at 60 USD per page.
4) Originality: Papers submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experiments or theories and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

3) The conference secretary will assign a Paper ID to the submission from ickea_contact@yeah.net within two working days. To ensure receipt of all correspondence, please add this email to your acceptable senders.

ICKEA 2027 operates a double-blind peer review process — authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review. The conference secretary performs a preliminary review, then the program chair appoints at least two Technical Committee members as reviewers. Papers needing revision must be resubmitted within the stipulated time; only revised papers passing the second review will be accepted.
Ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Plagiarism, multiple submissions and self-plagiarism are unacceptable and will be rejected without review. If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, the organizers may reject or delete the article, report the violation to the author's supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s), and reserve the right to publish the details of the misconduct.
